I kind of wonder if the first pic he put the wrong episode number for. I think it is maybe supposed to be 625? Based on the other spoiler pics i have seen for the finale and the synopsis that was released earlier this week I kind of think Lenkov screwed up the numbering for that pic.

No, its 6.23 I remember when they were filming this one, there was a bunch of BTS about who played the medevac guys (I think they are real Medivac guys)
