Announcement

Dear readers,

I’m sure everyone is by now aware of the tragic events in Paris.

I feel like this is not the time to post a fun/sarcastic/serious/whatever review for the latest episode.

The same goes for the next McBear post which was scheduled for Friday. Also for the next chapter of U-Turn which was scheduled for Sunday. I also like to apologize to our first place winner, but I think the winner does deserve not to get lost between all the tragic news.

I know life goes on, and it damn should be. But I also think we all can take a weekend to think about what has happened and how this will and should affect us all.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all our friends in Paris and France.

Schedule for the next posts:

  • Monday – next McBear on vacation (on Whump-2-Go)
  • Tuesday – Review 6.08 (on Mostly)
  • Wednesday – (our “winner” on Whump-2-Go)
  • Thursday – U-Turn chapter 12 (on Whump-2-Go, which will not be the last chapter since we cut it in half because it was just getting too long.)
  • Friday – McBear in court, sorta (on Whump-2-Go)

Rest in Peace

Yesterday afternoon my mom passed away.

She was a wonderful, loving person. She enjoyed her life for 81 years, filled with love, happiness and joy.

My mom died as she always hoped for; in a matter of hours, without any suffering, and with all her family by her side.

Mom, I will miss. Love you.

 

Promotion or flashback?

DDK gave us another teaser for 5.07 from his Instagram, after we already saw an old door with the sign Capt. Kelly on it. So, is this a promotion or a flashback to his father since Chin is still under investigation? What was Chin’s father’s name? Can’t remember.

And here’s a question for you. Do you think we will ever see Steve being promoted to full commander? Had he stayed with the Navy I’m sure he would have that rank by now. Any info on how promotion works while in the reserves from an expert out there?
