Hawaii Five-0 will be back September 27th on CBS. The fourth season will start their run on their new spot on Friday at 9 p.m.

For the heroes

A few weeks ago a friend of mine told me the devastating news that her family lost a young father to be. He was killed in the line of duty while in Afghanistan.

To remember him and everyone else who lost his life while doing his job and duty in a foreign country she sent along a link to a video. To honor the fallen heroes and the brave men and women who make sure that they get back home to their families.

From the moment I saw it I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It is a beautiful song and a wonderful way to remember all those who have left us way too soon.

The second version is downloadable, the first one isn’t, but that is the video she had sent me.

Weekly post – most clicked June 2 – June 8

So, someone obviously gets a kick out of trying to manipulate the statistics again. I don’t know what little life that person must have to go to a website and click on a picture again and again? Really, I don’t get it. You want the attention? Fine, here you have it. But be aware that after this you will be ignored and all your clicks will simply be for nothing (yes, I do know what picture YOU click on). It is simply not worth my time or that of my readers to give you even one more minute of our lives. Much more fun things to do. Like actually living our lives. Hope you get that and move on.

Now, thanks to that one person this picture takes the grand prize of being the winner. Not that anything is wrong with Dennis Chung, love that guy, but it is a strange picture to win. 🙂

Weekly Post – most clicked May 27 to June 1

Since there were no ‘new’ pictures due to the hiatus, it was not surprising that it was a rather slow week. Picture wise.

But you clicked on some really nice pictures. 🙂

On place three this one comes in with 18 clicks. For such an old picture a surprisingly high number.

The next two are not that surprising, since they were the latest additions to the wallpaper selection.

And here comes one more, because it is opened every week 10 to 15 times. Which I find amazing. Well, okay, not so much, the picture is rather nice.

And another week with lots of clicks on all kinds of pictures. Sometimes it is really funny what pictures are opened to full size. This week the clicks were widely spread all over the place. Even older post had a lot of clicks.

But third place claims a recent one with 33 clicks. And what a nice picture it is. 🙂

Second place was a surprise, but a very nice one. I love serious Steve with his gun. This one was opened 38 times. Maybe in preparation for voting for your favorite episodes? If you haven’t voted yet, you can still do so until early July.
