Season 5 blessing

Blessing003

So, 25 episodes this season? Well, guess only time will tell.

I can’t believe that there were people during the hiatus coming up to Alex and telling him to get rid of the beard, or how they didn’t like it. Unbelievable.

I don’t like the look much, and I don’t like beards in general, but it is so obvious that Alex loves to let it grow over the hiatus. So, how could I come along and tell him not to do that? Not even in my wildest dream would I ever do anything even remotely disrespectful like that.

Some people really have no respect and think they own “their” star. I loved it how he spoke up and how miffed he was. Good for him! You tell them, Alex.

I thought his comment about having a photo shoot with some SEALs very interesting. Does that mean we will see more SEAL Steve? Would love that!

I’m sure there will be many more pictures coming up in the next few days.

Here are just a few from various sources.

Update on the blessing

HNN reports that they will start their coverage at 5.15 a.m. local time.

‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 5 blessing to be held Tuesday morning

Posted: Jul 08, 2014 12:47 AMUpdated: Jul 08, 2014 12:54 AM

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) –Hawaii Five-0 begins shooting scenes for Season 5 Tuesday morning, and only Hawaii News Now will bring you live reports on location with the stars.

The show is keeping with tradition by gathering for a Hawaiian blessing before getting back to work. It’s a sign of respect for the host culture. Blessings help usher in new beginnings with a prayer, untying of a maile lei and a ceremony uniting the cast, crew and invited dignitaries.

The blessing is scheduled to start at 6 a.m. Hawaii time. Tannya Joaquin will have live preview reports starting at 5:15 a.m. during Hawaii News Now Sunrise. We’ll stream our coverage live at HawaiiNewsNow.com. You can also watch for behind the scenes photos on our Hawaii News Now Facebook page.

SOTB 2014

Get ready for the Sunset On The Beach 2014.

Sunset

I think it’s odd that it is such a long time before the episode airs on CBS on September 26. How will we be able to avoid major spoilers without cutting off the internet? Oh well.

I hope everyone who will be lucky enough to go will have a great time!

Rumors are flying high

Season 5 filming hasn’t even started yet, but rumors are flying high already.

From Steve and Grover teaming up in the season opener, to Victor Hesse not being dead, and what I think taking the cake, Steve getting a new love interest who has ties to his dad.

People, please, don’t take any of that too seriously. Lean back, relax and don’t interpret too much into any of these tidbits.
